Frugal & Fun Fridays in Fort Worth – A Perfect Day to Visit the Botanic Gardens (plus it is FREE!)

Each Friday, I will post ideas for free (or almost free) weekend entertainment for you and your family. 

Because of the beautiful weather in store this weekend, I have to promote one of my favorite (and free) outdoor Fort Worth venues…the FW Botanic Gardens. 

If you have never been, you have a treat in store!  There are many gardens to visit (you can choose one or two or spend the day visiting them all).  There is even an interactive section that is great for kids called The Texas Native Forest Boardwalk. We just visited the gardens a few weeks ago, and everything was beautiful as always!
