What: Find out more about ICE at the Gaylord Texan, here.
How: Go here to order your tickets online. After selecting the date
and time for your tickets, use promotional codes CORPCON for $5 OFF
adult tickets and CLIPCH for $3 OFF kids (you can use both
codes). The per ticket cost will be applied to each of your tickets. Find
the newly discounted adult tickets, under the “Vendor-Conceirge”
heading and select the desired # of adult tickets. Coupon discount is
limited to 8 ticket purchases.
When: Coupon codes are valid Monday through Thursday.

Cost: The list of regular ticket prices is here. The tickets
are normally $4 cheaper on Monday-Thursday, so you can save up to
$9 per ticket (off weekend prices) if you use the promo code AND
choose to go on one of these days.

the child promo code does not work on the ticket website. :(
i tried several different ways.
That’s too bad you are having problems! A couple of thoughts that might help: Are you trying to purchase tickets for a weekend date? If so, codes only work for Monday-Thursday tickets. Also, the discounted child’s code will show under the heading “Promo-Clipper Mag. Child” ($7.95 should show up as the adjusted price per child’s ticket under that heading).

The adult discount code is also not working for M-Th. Is this offer already expired?
Success! You have to click ‘submit’ after entering the promo code, before reserving the tickets. The code disappears but shows up on your invoice total.

I placed the code and submit it but when I try checking out the tickets I dont see the discount being deducted. Am i doing it wrong
Once you submit the codes, you’ll notice you have two new ticket headings (under the section titled “Ticket Selection”):
1. “Promo-Clipper Child” (the discounted child’s price of $7.95)
2. “Vendor – Concierge” (the discounted adult price of $15.95).
Select the number of tickets you need under each of these headings, and you should be good to go.

I cant find the Vendor-Conceirge to put both codes in.

In the field “Promotional Codes” (upper left hand corner), you’ll need to type in each promo code, separately. Once you have entered the promo code, you’ll see the “Vendor-Conceirge” heading show up. Hope that helps!
I can get the adult code to work, but not the childs for a M-Thurs tickets. Can you please help?
Be sure to enter the codes separately (submit them one at a time). If that doesn’t work, give the Gaylord ticket desk or their customer service a jingle (they are great!).
the clipch coupon code expired on the 17th of December.
It looks like they have to mail you the tickets but we are going this Wednesday. Can we pick up at Will Call or can they email to us???

Did this offer expire? I tried it for Wed. Dec. 22nd @ 3 p.m. and no luck.
The child’s coupon code expired at the end of last week, but the adult ticket coupon code should still work.

The child’s coupon code expired at the end of last week, but the $5 off adult ticket coupon code still works for Mon-Thurs tickets. Once you enter the coupon code, look for the discounted price under the heading “Vendor – Concierge.” Hope that helps! :)

It accepted the CORPCON code but I also don’t see a concierge column. Perhaps it is too late to use this code.

I am trying to use the adult one for Monday and it isn’t working for me. No vendor/concierge option showing.
I do see a VIP add on for $15. Is that the discounted adult ticket? We are trying to go tomorrow and I am trying to save a little money, but I have been trying the codes for 2 days now and nothing is working. Any help would be great. Thanks
Unfortunately this promo savings code expired last week, but you will still save some money by going Monday (weekend prices were more expensive). I believe today is the last day Ice is open ~ I hope you have fun!
